What you’ll bring to the team:

• Minimum 3+ years F&I experience within a franchised motor dealership

• Proven track record in achieving finance & insurance targets

• Strong understanding of vehicle finance structures, bank approvals, and deal structuring

• Full compliance knowledge including NCA, FAIS, RE5, DOFA, COB, and CPD requirements

• Ability to confidently present value-added products and close deals

• Exceptional attention to detail with accurate deal files and admin discipline

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines and targets

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Structuring finance deals and submitting to major banks

• Ensuring full legal and compliance adherence on every deal

• Maximising F&I income through product offerings

• Delivering a seamless and professional customer journey

• Maintaining audit-ready deal files at all times
